Something a little different

 I found this layer cake, Grace by Moda, last weekend and had wanted to try out this very simple pattern. So this is how it went. I would now like to get another layer cake and make it big enough to be useful.

Stitching & more stitching

I have been busy trying to catch up on some stitcheries for In Full Bloom & Beautiful Life.. These top two are for IFB. The stitcheries are gorgeous and lots of fun to do.

These stitcheries below are for beautiful life. They are always fun to do and very cute.

Now just to applique them onto the next two rows of the quilt. I wasnt fussed on the colours to start with but they are growing on me now. I do like the quilt as you go with this as I will be able to just sew all the squares together at then end and I might actually have a finished project.
