So after a few hiccups and requesting suggestions for "fixes" I have finally got the project from GDITC in Nundle finished. Yay !!!!!
So here it is all finished.
I really love Lynette's fabrics and would really like to start her Love Letters quilt but a few "to do" projects are ahead of that one. Okay if I am honest more than a few unfinished projects.
I did manage to get my first Hexie Club project together today too. It is an unusual shape, with really wide base which I think will be useful. The tiny hexagons were great to throw in my bag for something small to do at hockey and netball training.
So we had great wins at hockey (1-0 & 13-1) and netball (26-3), two sewing finishes for me and lucky enough to have my eldest home from Uni. One would think that should be enough good for one week.
Maybe I should've bought a lottery ticket because I also had three raffle wins. Wow talk about a change of luck. A grocery gift voucher, a butchery voucher and the one to get excited about................a night in a beautiful B & B. I am really looking forward to using this prize. Soon hopefully. Wonder if I could just have a night alone stitching .......
Have a great week
