I started stitching a few years ago thanks to a very dear friend. She has encouraged and taught me so much. I am the Mum of three great kids who I love dearly. I love to stitch in my spare time and even though I am a newbie I enjoy it very much.

Finally Block 1 - Cornelian

 
This is my first attempt at blogging on my new surface tablet so fingers crossed all goes well. I am very pleased to have finally made some progress on block 1 of Cornelian. After two dismal attempts it is nice see one block finished. Lets hope this is the start of a great 2014......a year of some achievements where my stitching in concerned. 2013 was such a dismal effort that anything will be an improvement.

    Hi, I'm doing Cornelian aswell, or I havent started yet. But I saw from an older post that you had problems with placing the corner embroideries. I have also ben wondering how to do it. Can you leases tell me how you are doing it? Many thanks :-)
